What JTL merchants want to know before launch
Does my existing JTL Shop remain in place?
Yes. Your JTL Shop remains the technical and commercial foundation. Pushly adds the app and uses the existing shop data.
Do I need a developer?
No. You install our extension and provide your logo, colours and content. Pushly builds the app, publishes it and maintains it.
Will my existing plugins continue to work?
We support the standard features of JTL Shop and commonly used extensions. If you run custom extensions, we integrate them. On request our support checks compatibility before you start.
Are changes to my template or Dropper carried over?
No. Pushly is a real app, not a mobile website in a frame. It was built by mobile interface specialists and does not read your shop templates. That is exactly where the advantages come from: the app loads faster and handles differently from a shop in a browser.
Do I need additional order packages from JTL?
No. Orders placed through the app are orders in your JTL Shop, and those do not count towards your order packages.
Are custom features possible?
Yes. If a requirement goes beyond the standard, we can extend the app and the shop together. Or we work alongside your service partner and integrate their shop changes into the app. Scope and effort are agreed in advance.
